For any items that are eligible for the payment plan:
The balance can be divided into 5 Months.
The total payment must be completed within 3 weeks after the customer receives the payment due notice.
If the customer needs longer than 5 months, there will be fees applied to the remaining balance.
*All remaining balance are calculated with current exchange rates.
*Please notice any failure to pay the remaining balance will result in forfeiture of all monies received. NO REFUNDS.
International shipping cost are not included. There will be 2 shipping options for our customer to choose from: Standard shipping and Express shipping.

After the production is complete, we will arrange the shipping within 5-10 business days. Customers will receive tracking information by our official email. Please contact us if there is a change in the shipping address before shipment.
All made to order dolls can be changed or refunded within 24 Hours. Please email us for any product change within 24 Hours. There will be no changes or refunds after 24 Hours.
Please contact us within 48 hours after you receive the items if there is any damage or defect. (An full unboxing video will be required as proof for any defect and damage)
