PURCHASING PROCESS
1. Enter www.moonlightbjd.com, register with us for free or sign in if you already have an account.
2. Choose your favourite product and click “add to cart”, choose "View Cart" or go back to shopping. After you've finished shopping, please click "Check Out"
3. Choose between two payment plans: 1) full upfront payment or 2) our layaway payment option (available only for specific dolls on our website) - for more details please see Layaway Payment Plan details below
4. Choose your payment method
5. You will receive a confirmation email after payment is complete.
6. Depending on the item that you purchased, it may take from 100 to 200 business days to produce, depending on the complexity of the item and the manufacturer. "Naked" dolls will be produced faster than dolls with makeup. After the production is complete, we will arrange the shipping within 5-10 business days. Customers will receive tracking information by our official email. Please contact us if there is a change in the shipping address before shipment.
7. Once you've received your item, please check the condition as you have 24-48 hours (depending on the type of issue) to inform us and apply for an exchange or return (please see our Shipping & Returns policy for more details). Once you are satisfied with your purchase, please follow us on Instagram and share your pictures with us!

LAYAWAY PAYMENT PLAN DETAILS
Moonlight BJD House provides a layaway payment option.
Upfront deposit of 50% is required of the total amount of your purchase + $25.00 administration fee (shipping cost included if it applies).
The balance can be divided into 2-6 months depends on the finishing time for the doll to be made, the total payment should be finished within 6 months.
â‘ Please pick "Deposit" option when you place the order (the amount will be 50% of total price + $25.00 administration fee),

â‘¢Choose the payment methods for your remaining balance: Paypal, e-transfer, Wechat-pay, and Ali-pay. Please inform us of your order number when you are making a payment.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
1. Doll pictures are samples only. As the production of our dolls is hand-made/guided by artists, the makeup/body blushing might differ. There might also be colour differences when you visit our webpage depending on your screen monitor. Please contact us if you have questions about makeup and body colours.
2. In the accessories tab, the dolls represented are to model the accessory product only, the doll itself is not included in the product.
3. Moonlight BJD House is focused on the Canadian and U.S. market. But orders can be shipped worldwide. Any other country won't share the same shipping promotion with Canadian or U.S. customers. For shipping information to your country, please contact us and we will send you the shipping costs and any additional information.
4. Any products in stock will be shipped within 3-5 business days after the payment has been completed. Due to the changing stock status, items could be sold out when the order is placed. The sold-out items in orders can be changed or refunded. We strongly encourage you to contact us to check stock availability.
5. All made-to-order Products will be shipped within 100-200 business days depending on different production companies. We will notify our customers of any delay before the due date for the order.
6. All orders can be changed or refunded within 24 hours. Please email us for any product change within 24 hours. There will be no changes or refunds after 24 hours. Failure to pay the remaining balance before the day given will result in a cancelled order. Any monies paid are non-refundable after the order has been cancelled.
